Base Camp Hope is a faith-based 501(c)3 multi-functional therapeutic facility that helps veterans, service members and their families cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other re-integration issues. Base Camp Hope was founded in 2010 and built on the shoulders of past war veterans to help its fellow veterans and families understand PTSD and mediate the effects of PTSD through highly-effective therapeutic programs. In 2011, Base Camp Hope was established as a nonprofit under the direction of Diane Kinney. Kinney served in the U.S. Army, was a Chaplain for MN Patriot Guard and as a Sergeant of the U.S. Army Reserves.
